General Counsel Representation

Retainer
With a retainer agreement, clients pay a low annual fee and receive a number of services free of charge. Among other items, these services include unlimited phone calls with the property manager or a designated member of the Board regarding routine matters. During the first year of representation we will review the association's governing documents and existing contracts such as security, management, landscape and maintenance free of charge.
Retainer clients are billed at a lower hourly rate than non-retainer clients.

Non-Retainer
With a non-retainer arrangement, the Association can use the legal services "as needed." These agreements are designed to benefit clients who may seek legal advice on a sporadic basis. Non-retainer clients always have the option to become retainer clients.
